Sales expectations and application process
We offer individuals who prefer high commissions over guaranteed pay the opportunity to work as independent contractors. What does that mean? It means that you can earn a significant commission for each sale, but you will receive absolutely nothing when you don't sell. You are a contracted sales person. So, work as much or as little as you'd like. There is no hourly expectation that must be met. You simply won't receive compensation for your efforts unless you produce sales. However, this is how we are able to reward the producers with better compensation.
